Harry Potter creature standing by tree

“We do not need magic to change the world, we carry all the power we need inside ourselves already. We have the power to imagine better.” — J. K. Rowling.

This photo which I shot in early August of this year was taken outside the parking lot adjacent to my doctor’s office. I did not notice the figure standing by the tree until this afternoon when I was searching for a photo to use for today’s Word Press challenge. This apparent apparition was not created by any technical means. Sometimes the world of ghosts and goblins is dismissed from our conscious minds by the demands of the everyday. A literary tip of the hat to J.K.Rowling for her imaginative characters. — gc
