Pedestrians enjoy Whyte Avenue

Whyte Avenue in Edmonton, Alberta offers its pedestrians a wide range of options that can titillate the senses, please the palate, attract the curious and cater to those folks who love the outdoor bistros and pubs of many European cities. The street runs past the University of Alberta and offers the flair and finesse that the downtown area of the city often lacks. The only thing pedestrian about this stretch of roadway are the people who amble slowly along its paved sidewalks. – gc

    • Having spent a lot of summer hours on this street Linda I can attest to the fact that it is fun..lots to do, people to watch, sunsets to enjoy,food to eat and bars to visit. Makes the summer a whole lot more fun. 🙂
