Many time in life you eventually realize no matter how enthused you are about doing a certain project there comes a time when you need to take a deep breath and catch your second wind. My next door neighbor’s friend experienced this feeling last Saturday when after completing five hauling trips with a wagon loaded with odds and ends and cleaning supplies he decided to sit on the lawn in the shade and catch his breath. He did complete his work much to the pleasure of his appreciative wife. — gc

  1. Whew! I got tired just reading about those 5 trips. Glad he took a break.


    • He did well for a while and then reality crept up on him and he succumbed to the urge to take his shoes off and just relax. We all get that way now and then. 🙂
