Meddling with those metallic bike racks

“Communication is a skill that you can learn. It’s like riding a bicycle or typing. If you’re willing to work at it, you can rapidly improve the quality of every part of your life.”   —  Brian Tracy

Bike racks today have morphed from the classical long black and unattractive assembly line type of docking area into a much more aesthetic and visually pleasing contrivance meant to make bike rider’s theft concerns almost non-existent.

The shapes vary but the intent of them all is the same: ensure that the bike rider’s property will be there when he/she returns to this docking station.

The racks anchored in the ground or on solid concrete offer the most protection as does the high visibility factor associated with the bicycle racks displayed here.  —  gc

  1. I like the ones outside the library, the skewers are unusual but in my imagination I see a row of dogs, all shapes and sizes waiting for their owners to return!
