In the construction game second opinions are not only welcomed but actively sought out and encouraged especially when a problem you face could maim or kill one of your employees. The worker with the black jacket had been using an industrial sanding machine to work on a piece of sidewalk whose ragged edges needed to be smoothed and levelled. He had completed the task and his co workers helped to safely place the machine in the waiting bucket of a nearby front end loader. In construction every idea is a winner. — gc
