A faceless voice in the crowd

“Life is a series of natural and spontaneous changes. Don’t resist them; that only creates sorrow. Let reality be reality. Let things flow naturally forward in whatever way they like.” Lao Tzu

Does the pressure and the strain of everyday living get you down from time to time. Well take the advice this store mannequin is offering you and sit down, take a few deep breaths and just relax for a minute or two.

Sometimes inaminate objects ( such as the mannequin in the photo above) offer more than their original creators had destined for it. In this instance taking a well deserved break after a tough day in the world is the way to go.

When you have taken the mental pause to recharge your inner batteries your thought processes will be refreshed and you will once again be able to face the challenges life throws your away.

Even a storefront dummy knows when to take a break from reality!

  1. A break from reality is what I need. I am patiently waiting for my vacations so I can truly unwind. But in the meantime I will be taking small breaks to breathe.

    • Good for you Robin. If you wait until your vacation to take those needed breaths of life you will suffer the consequences. Enjoy your vacation time and yes don’t forget to take those puffs of life now and again. Thank you for writing. Have a relaxing and enjoyable day. Take care. 🙂
