“Two roads diverged in a yellow wood And sorry I could not travel both.” — Robert Frost (Mountain Interval. 1920) .
Many times in life we all feel like we have been born Siamese twins.
We are continually torn apart from making an important decision that will affect our futures but hesitate from an unreasonable fear that we might make a bad mistake in effect choose the wrong trail to follow in life.
It would be wonderful if we could launch a drone to fly overhead and scout the trails ahead of us but this is plain fantasy. Decisions must be made and alternative courses of action taken.
If only our choices in life were as simple as the one Robert Frost wrote about in his poem. Every choice we make has a consequence and that is what makes the majority of us hesitate.
Evaluate your options. Make your choice. Follow the path. Enjoy life.
